Leeds Laces is a grassroots women’s football club built on inclusivity, community and empowerment. Led by women, for women.
We make football accessible, joyful and inclusive for women, trans and non-binary people of all backgrounds and ages.
We provide opportunities to our women+ community, from giving them the space and support to play; to feeling their best in the most appropriate kit designed for them; to feeling empowered to have a say in how the club is run and putting their own boot stamp on it.
Our vision
To build an inclusive, research-driven women+ football club where women, trans and non-binary people play, lead, and belong — using the best of current sports knowledge to empower every member on and off the pitch.
Our mission
We unite women, trans and non-binary people via football by:
Embedding inclusion, respect, and wellbeing at the heart of every decision;
Applying the latest research into kit, coaching, injury prevention, and player development;
Ensuring every member has a genuine voice in how the club grows.
